  • Quality Assurance Manager

    Job Summary

    •   Oversee Quality Assurance activities by implementing and maintaining QMS in line with ISO and industry standards.
    •   Conduct material and product testing, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance at all stages of manufacturing.
    •   Analyse quality data, identify non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
    •   Collaborate with production teams to ensure process consistency, defect prevention, and continuous improvement.
    •   Manage documentation, test reports, and quality records with complete accuracy and compliance.
    •   Lead, train, and supervise quality control inspectors and technicians to ensure high performance.
    •   Address customer quality complaints, perform root cause analysis, and ensure effective resolution.
    •   Monitor overall product quality and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

    Desired key skills

    •   Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, ISO standards, and QMS implementation.
    •   Experience with rotational moulding and injection moulding product testing and inspection.

    •   Process logistics bills and ensure timely submission for payments.
    •   Coordinate with logistics providers and vendors to monitor schedules and resolve delivery issues.
