    Desired key skills :

    •   Develop, update and executive quality plan related to each product.
    •   Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.ill, Fluency in English speaking and writing.
    •   Conduct plastic & product related tests and prepare report.
    •   Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO and other relevant standards.
    •   Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to QMS.
    •   Ensures inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
    •   Analyse quality data and implement corrective actions to address non-conformities.
    •   Collaborate with production teams to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.
    •   Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions.
    •   Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
    •   Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.
